Universal Windmill Tower Top Adapter Sleeve

Upgrade a compatible existing windmill tower to a Joe Mescan GEN-2 3-in-1 windmill top without purchasing a new tower. This adapter sleeve is designed for windmill towers with a 2-inch receiver and allows a structurally sound older diaphragm windmill tower to accept a Joe Mescan GEN-2 bellows top.

The GEN-2 top can be configured as a decorative windmill, a single-bellow pond aerator, or a double-bellow pond aerator.
